All users of our system are entitled to options within their standard registration to add endless Custom Questions, Workshops, Social Events, Tours, Transfers, Accommodation, Flights, Relationships, Exhibitions, Merchandise QR Codes, Reports, Marketing and Accounting.

And we provide complimentary training at all times for both simple and very complex conferences.

Our system is completely customisable. You can define the colour scheme, add branding for the overall site including fully designed banner, and even include graphics for tickets and invoices to give your registrant a booking system that truly looks like it is yours. When your registrant completes their booking they land immediately back on your own website.

The Conference Online system manages your funds on your behalf and automates your conference/event reconciliation. We take the headache out of the accounting and reconciliation of your conference as funds are all collected in a managed trust account on your behalf and every transaction is tracked directly in the system. This automatically forms part of your Event Reconciliation Report.

We can also attach your event to your own bank with funds going direct to your bank daily, if you wish.

Conference Online is built on its own private server and in a highly secure environment. Our system complies with the strictest standards regarding accepting credit cards and our policies ensure your funds and data are secure at all times. With PCI compliant software you can rest assured your registrants' data is secure.

Unlike many other registration systems, your registrants are safe from the torrent of marketing emails that are sent from other systems, immediately after they use a booking system. Your registrants will only receive emails from you, the Organiser, via our system when they make a booking or if you, the Organiser, contact them directly using our email management module.

Conference Online never buys or sells any data bases, unlike some of our competitors.

Yes, our design team enables Conference Online to manage all your design and print requirements seamlessly with the assigned Project Manager overseeing all processes. Our Design and Printing Department provides clients with the flexibility to make changes and include additions to the Programs, Abstract Books, Name Badges, Door Signs, and all other marketing material and website, if required.

Conference Online Pty Ltd and MICE Technology Pty Ltd are Australian companies privately owned and are debt free.

There are three Directors, Val Sanders, Michael Chase-Smith and Alexander Gilmore Robertson.

Our Founding Director/CEO has approximately 30 years experience in Event Management and the Travel Industry. Michael Chase-Smith has a similar amount of years experience in technology development and the travel industry. Jock Robertson has 40 years experience as a lawyer and attends to all Conference Online's corporate legal matters to ensure Conference Online's system complies all aspects of the law.
